The client in person must confirm a driving test not us we may make one on their ENATIS system but the client has to conform it themselves by law.
Please no calls, messages/whatsapps from 6pm-7am, Sundays and public holidays.

Please keep to the rules; It is strange that we must keep to the rules but clients feel they don’t have to. All driving test to be paid 1 full week before the learners or drivers test and driving lessons before 1pm a day before the lesson or if your lesson is on a Monday then by Friday by 1pm.

1: Once services have been paid, you have 6 weeks to complete the service/lessons of up to 10hrs and 2 months for any other hours above 10hrs, car/bike and 2 months for, “the learners licence”, unless its government’s fault or you lose it all. No exceptions. Unless we agree upon exceptions in writing on an email.
3: If you wish to cancel or shift a service you must let us know one day before the time before 1pm a day before or if on a Monday we need to know Friday before 1pm or you loose that lesson or service.
4: Driving tests again always take priority over lessons as they hard to come by.
5: Please confirm a few days before the lesson starts and one day again before the time it’s only a WhatsApp away.
6: If the client is sick overnight, 100% of your service is lost as we suffer more having to take many knocks per month unless a doctors note is provided then 50% is lost. Our most common excuse is, ” I have a stomach bug.”
7: We wait 15min for a client, then leave, and service is lost. Also when work or school work is told to you ar night by the school and you have to cancel a or shift OT half thee next days lesson then you.loose 50%. If its a driving testthen 100% is lost because of all the timebooked off.
8: If we at your lesson but whatsapps are not going through, please go outside and look or call us. Give us a 10-minute grace for traffic.
9: Please don’t put pressure on the instructor as he/she needs a level head. A troubled mind can lead to loss of concentration leading to accidents.
10: We don’t guarantee a pass at all.
11: We don’t guarantee the same vehicle or instructor either, but as much as possible, you will stay with the same car and instructor.There should be no personality clashes as this is a service. Men and ladies give the same quality lesson; there is no difference just because of gender.
12: No monies for whatsoever reason will be paid back at all only re-arrangement of dates and times will be accepted.
13: We do not tolerate abusive language/threats or highly personal talk. Also condescending downward belittling talk; We will take legal action if necessary. Yes, we have had this happen often. I simply can’t make this stuff up and if this happens you loose all monies and services.
14: It has happened before that we can smell alcohol or see in the demeanor of the client that all is not right. We will and we have asked people to climb out of the car and they loose the service. Then an email explaining what happened can be sent to the parent, spouse or whom ever paid for the service or to the client.
15. When the government testing center gives problems for dates for tests or any other matter, student didn’t confirm then 100% is lost by client, people seem to take their frustration out on us this is not fair and not our fault and again if you become verbally abusive you will loose the monies and services. Any threats to any instructor will be dealt with in a legal way and all monies and service will be lost we are very strict on this.
16. Anything we have not thought of or covered we will discuss calmly on an email and come to a fair decision.
